Miley Cyrus tour today announced Gypsy Heart 2011 Latin American Tour. The tour, which covers 11 countries, launched this April 29 in Quito, Ecuador to continue his tour of cities such as Lima (May 1), Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro, among others and end up in Mexico City 26 May. Gypsy Heart The tour marks the first visit to Latin America Cyrus.
